Edward M. Ulsch is an experienced trial attorney with 32 years experience. Ed served in the office of the State’s Attorney for Carroll County for over 18 years, 14 of those years as the Deputy State’s Attorney. While Ed was a prosecutor and as a private practice attorney, his criminal trial experience has included numerous complex cases in areas such as murder, arson, child abuse, drunk driving, and automobile manslaughter. Ed continues to serve as an instructor for the Maryland State Police Academy. He participates in the State Police moot court training which exposes the trooper candidates to a realistic court setting and how to testify before a judge and jury. Ed is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Maryland. He engages in the general practice of law, concentrating in criminal, drunk driving arrests, motor vehicle hearings, juvenile, and traffic court cases.
He and his wife, Joyce, have been married for 40 years and are the proud parents of two sons, David and Jason.
